Experience: I have led the social, digital, and mobile marketing efforts for several of the world's largest brands, including Ford, Microsoft, and Nestle. Auto is in my DNA, I was the President of Wunderman Team Detroit, and helped lead Ford's turn-around by re-building Ford.com, launching their social marketing program, and spear-heading their global marketing efforts.

Experience: Team Detroit moved me to Detroit to be the lead Program Manager on Ford’s $30 million, 3-year ground-up redesign and redevelopment of Ford.com – which made me a black belt in leading large, enterprise-scale website projects. So, I’ll ensure that all of the teams, and the agency as a whole, are working seamlessly and in unison to deliver the highest quality product.

Experience: For the past several years, I was responsible for the user experience and design of ford.com – globally – and all of its associated properties (Fleet, FCSD, Credit, CPOV, Racing, etc.). I helped shape Ford’s future digital vision across multiple categories, devices, and technologies. This made me passionate about solving difficult design challenges and creating innovative experiences that connect people with technologies in meaningful real-world experiences. Inspiration can come from anywhere and I look to discover it daily—not only in the digital space, but in my other passions: teaching at Detroit’s College for Creative Studies; taking photographs; and, surrounding myself with people who are creating positive change.

Experience: I have deep automotive experience as the lead digital strategist for Dodge, Lincoln, and a variety of Ford brands; including Mustang, one of the world’s most iconic brands. My largest strategic engagement wasn’t in automotive, though, it was in the rebuilding of Hilton’s global social, digital, and mobile platform. I believe strongly in customer centered design and keep the team focused on the relevant user stories to the experiences we build.

Experience: I love challenges and I’m driven by an urge to help people learn. As an ally, I can plainly and clearly communicate to clients all of the potential solutions to their needs, then help them choose the best one. 15 years in digital development has taught me how to differentiate between a trend and a new standard. Regardless if an organization is large (General Motors, Philips Medical, Ministry of Defence) or small (Preservation Eastern, Tim Clue), I’m always committed to delivering a stable, highly functional, well tested, fault tolerant, intuitive product.
